1. Customer Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number, name, phone number, and reason for cancellation.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the customer may request return or exchange after delivery, subject to our Refund Policy and Return conditions.

3. Cancellation by the Company

Valtara Sales and Distribution Private Limited may cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock.
  • Payment is not completed or is reversed.
  • Delivery address or contact details are incorrect or incomplete.
  • The order appears suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive.
  • Courier service is unavailable for the delivery location.
  • There is a pricing, product listing, or technical error.
  • The customer fails to respond to verification or delivery confirmation requests.

4. Refund for Cancelled Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

Approved refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are usually processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, no refund is required if the order is cancelled before delivery because no payment has been collected.

Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in restriction of future COD orders.

6. No Unfair Cancellation Charges

We do not charge a separate cancellation fee unless clearly disclosed and permitted under applicable law. Indian ecommerce rules restrict unfair cancellation practices and require clear disclosure to consumers.
